Large-Scale Cloud Migration

This project involved migrating a large-scale, on-premise government ticketing service to a high-availability AWS cloud infrastructure. The primary goal was to ensure 24/7 service uptime and handle massive traffic volumes without performance degradation.

As the lead DevOps Engineer, I was responsible for designing the cloud architecture, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments, and setting up comprehensive system monitoring using Zabbix and Grafana.
